Dirty deeds - being able to quote the Captain's pay scales and confirm that pilots will be bonded makes you one up on most.
As to my post being an insider's response - the details posted can hardly be classified as "inside information". The information on VAustralia is freely available. Anyone with any contacts in South African aviation circles would be able to give the same information on the genetlemen concerned.
I certainly don't purport to know it all but do try to do some research rather post "mush".
I don't have any further information at this point in time though - sorry to disappoint you.
Any pilot who considers him / herself to be a professional would most certainly wish a start up organisation and those fortunate enough (or with enough b*%&s) to join it, the best of luck
