As I am about to have one of the 'market research' telephone interviews to establish whether I will pay for my rating and/or accept the salary on offer I am just wondering if any one out there has proceeded beyond this point to a proper interview with solid details about basing/rosters/pay and conditions. Seems a little odd that they were hoping to be offering positions at the end of February and they are still conducting initial telephone contacts?
