Good Points
- Some good guys to fly/drink with
- Living in Leamington/Warwick is very nice
- errr,
Bad Points
- Ludicrous bond on L188 (more sensible on ATP)
- Management who bully and intimidate
- Bad salery esp. FO
- You are on permanent standby ( not properly with duty hours etc. but expected to be ready for work in an hour any time of day or night)
- additional bond when upgraded to Capt!!!!
- Limited routes
- Low number of hours flown coupled with high duty times (at night)
- levels of bad organisation which even make other airlines look like finely tuned machines
Its your choice but Atlantic is not a great place to work esp as a long term career.
