I went through the medical/sim/interview a few days ago. The medical and sim were straight forward but the interview was a little unnerving.
Had fairly simple questions and I gave straight forward answers. All behavioural questions, no tech.
It seemed quite a superficial process with no in depth or probing or challenging/confronting questions. I dont know how they can get to know you with this style of interview, I think they must rely heavily on the psych testing. I really didnt feel much rapport with the interviewers (they spent alot of time writing) and I have no idea how I went. I guess time will tell.
