Ek TRI position, Good or Bad?
Thanks guys for your inputs! Definitely it has nothing to do with status or any other kind of things like this. I just want to find a good balance between life-style ( time with my family and time for my hobbies ) and a natural progression of my career as a pilot. As DD well pointed out, the exposure to the training environment and the work required to be well prepared for the sessions, makes you stay always on the top of the game. I have a lot to learn and this is the probably the way to go as learning is for sure one of the things I am looking for.
I believe we will find pros and cons in everything in this world so at the end of the day it will depend a lot on each one’s preferences.
Hopefully the $$ issue will be addressed sooner or later. Anyway I always say that $$ cannot be the reason, it has to be the consequence. But this is just my opinion.
Once again Guys, thanks for your sincere opinions.
Regards!
