Good comments 'krusty'..............as we get older we tend to look more at what a Co. offers apart from the renunmeration.
I believe that SAPL (or Co's like it) will always be struggling to secure pilots long term no matter what the type of carrot they offer.
There's a life after flying, keep that in mind when you settle down anywhere. Look at the whole picture, even tho the situation at present is bouyant we all know how aviation is much like an aerobatic ride, it's up, it's down, plan also for the turbulent times !
