Heliranger, do you have any first hand knowledge of this J1Visa? I did a quick check and it states you only get 18 months in total to finish your trainership, with 4 weeks after that that cannot be used for paid employement. Seems a little short to complete your CPL and log 1000 hrs.
Do you know of any flight schools that adhere to the J1Visa regs?
I am researching my options for training and employment, I am willing to move anywhere for the best training and employment possibilities. Locally Fleethelicopters at Armidale seem's like a good prospect, or Air T&G in Ballina for a small school feel. Anyone have dealings with either of them? Other recommendations is welcome, I've read alot of info on this site regarding schools and jobs, but most of the info is a few years old.
