What do you think this CRS change is all about? Definitely a move to change the ratio of how you get paid. With the pay review just around the corner, this CRS change of the rules is to fool the pilots into thinking they had a pay raise again. With inflation at 12% for 2007 and more in 2008 we would need at least 30% raise to bring us to the level of productivity of 5 years ago (For us pilot productivity is money divided by hours worked ) They will give us a pay increase with a few examples and lies and try to tell you that you had a certain % pay raise. The reality is that you will probably have to work more hours to be able to make the same money... give it a try... divide the money you made for the last 3 years by the hours you did. Then you will see your real pay increase... then you subtract inflation, and extra costs not being covered by the company anymore like the extra school fees for example and you end up having a pay cut... it is reality of living here... Again if you are not happy you can leave
Or at least don't come here, it will save you having to leave...Ha Ha HA
