Thanks, great info. What is the answer to Windshear? I would get a surface wind at both ends prior to takeoff and just be monitoring by airspeed and holding a bit more speed up my sleeve after rotate? On approach I would also be looking for any rapid increase in airspeed and go around at stick shaker if this rapid rise was encountered.
This is from ATPL studies, does it sound ok?
