Latest from various sources at EXT:
1. No floatation due to state of markets etc. Realistically looking at this time next year at the earliest.
2. Due to -8 and 195 order timings combined with 145 returns, BALPA have been spoken to regarding hull for hull 145/195 swaps and associated crew issues. (145 crews go onto whichever hull replaces their airframe be that -8 or 195)
3. Revisions of Pilot and CCM scheduling agreement to be complete by 1st April
