Eastern must be really panicking now. Just done a random search for midweek return to ABZ in April and guess what? Prices have dropped right down to £119 rtn on many flights. Before Flybe announcing ABZ route you would rarely see anything under £200 from Eastern.
Eastern have the frequency advantage, and they can offer day returns in both directions on NCL-ABZ. The business passengers will stay with Eastern because of this. Flybe's schedule is pretty useless for business pax
