Richard you cannot create demand for all these destinations .... how many people exactly want to travel from Aberdeen to Alesund, Brussels, Kristiansund, Liverpool, Oslo?
Well choosing (randomly) May 2007....
Liverpool 6060 pax daily 737-800 = 98 pax per sector
Brussels 509 pax M-F Emb 135 = 11 pax per sector
Kristiansand 409 pax M-F Emb 135 = 9 pax per sector
Kristiansund 1370 pax M-Fx2 Su x1 D328 = 14 pax per sector
Oslo 1290 pax M-Fx 2 Su x1 D328 = 13 pax per sector
(Alesund didn't operate then and above assumes all scheduled sectors flown)
Liverpool obviously has demand but aircraft too big. Oslo and KristiansUnd at Business class fares probably just about sustainable with small turboprop but not sure that Dornier is the right one for operating costs.
