It wouldn't be necessary to go back to the begining. Your instructor will probably conduct a few revision lessons, ensure you are at a safe solo standard (for the T/A and CCT sequences) and continue where you left off.
I have had students return after long breaks from flying, and while it varies from student to student, if they put the effort into their preparation before flight, most ease themselves back into it relatively quickley.
