Boeing going
VH-TXH was VH-RMV. It has been gutted and beyond restoation to a/worthy. I managed to get some souvenirs as I was one of the team "parting it out".
Australian Air Express has 2 left VH-VLH and VLI aka VH-ANB and ANA both ex Ansett Longrangers (extra fuel tank in fwd cargo and a/throttle, a/brakes)
perhaps VLI which is next due for C check could be bought as museum piece before engines removed, flown to ?? and painted TAA one side Ansett the other.
Qantas never owned/operated 727s, but may have chartered them.
