NEWCASTLE - GATWICK
The situation gets ever more confusing. Apparently the 3 pairs of slots at Gatwick used for this service have been sold to Flybe apparently for use on a Newquay route. With the NCL service ending allegedly in March.
However, the route is still on sale at Jet 2 after that date.
The big questions are....1. Is it true?....2. Will Flybe take over the route?
3. Will Easyjet operate it? bearing in mind they have cut 3 frequencies from their STN route. 4. Will we lose the route altogether?
Any answers out there?
