SAS -that is my point -the checklist said land immediately- I assume the 225 would say land within 30 minutes . I am with you - if there is somewhere to land ,even un-announced that is what I would do. I am surprised NL and HC dont have any comments! In the North Sea , night ,60 knots it could have been a disaster. Crashworthy fuel tanks or not.
