According to Business times, Phil President is dropping by UAE to discuss Bilateral ties with Dubai Investors and that is today 27th of JAN.
If PAL will do something nasty with the coming of Etihad, I think they have to reconsider. They will be as if looking to the eyes of the President of the UAE.
