It wasnt a commercial jet, it was a private business jet of some sort, looked like Learjet to me.
Cant see FlyBE doing LGW, they wanted to buy the 3x daily slots from Jet2 for their LGW-NQY service to rival BA. If anyone takes up LGW it will be easyjet.
