bansai: i did not speak 100% of pal pilots. of course there are those who are of excellent capability & i can easily name them. but get paid as if they were of lesser ability!!! that is my point.
i agree with you 100% that there is also this silver spoon pilots groups. most of these guys cannot make it outside. their dad's or mom's cannot go with them. these people do not have mortgage to pay among others & they are living on their parents' money despite being professionals. you think they are fortunate but i tell you they live a shallow existence.
then there is this group who are of lesser ability ergo deserve the pay they get. tried outside but failed.
pack1: pal & cebupac is a different story. bupac has higher moral than pal. why? bec mgt is better. it is not all financial that turns off people in pal. JH, JA, LL, BG, BJ, RP also turn off a lot of them.
