Hey PE,
just read the AOPA Italia bullettin, and found out that your company is in talks with AOPA in order to help italian GA pilots with this messy situation.
Unless you believe it's inappropriate to do this here, would you care to comment on what normal GA pilots should do, if they are not in a position to have the 3-years waiver that ENAC will be enforcing?
Case in point, I have my english radiotelephony exam done with the "old" ICAO license, and never have applied for a JAR license, so after 3/5/2008 technically I won't be allowed to fly abroad.
Is there any way for me to do this english exam anytime in the future? What kind of certificate will I receive, in order to prove that I am level 4-5-6 in aviation english?
Many thanks and ciao, Luca
