sounds very sad for the guys there, the pay is very low and with such a large order of planes i would think they would want to keep their pilots, well i have some news that can be good, friends of mine in Etihad has told me that they are heading to Kl for a road show including several other countries and could be worth going to see whats on offer, i am sure it more than what the guys are earning there...i dont have any details but i will post if i can find anything....
