P.S. 1:a Skype conversation does not guarantee the guy you are talking to is actually who you think he is.
P.S. 2: being a JAA instructor does not automatically give you the power to be an assessing body unless you are appointed by the authority you will be assessing for. In fact instructors will have to be assessed themselves.
