That's how it works for me. But as you are A320 rated you would most probably join the Airbus fleet as the demand is big there as well this year. So no Sao Paolo then (unless they change it to the 340... very unlikely)
This would be for the first year A330 only and most probably not 14 days off a month. More likely 8-12. After a year you do MFF A330/A340 and live gets easier if you can cope with the jet-lag.
