CC or MSS is nothing more than being unhelpful or not putting the train back on the tracks when it falls off.
I hope you aren’t saying CC and MSS are the same thing? CC is simply following your contract to the letter of the law. Nothing more, nothing less. MSS on the other hand were some on the AOA GC’s slanted view of what was in our contract. Lets not go down that road again.
