Silver Fox, most don’t realise this, CC or MSS is nothing more than being unhelpful or not putting the train back on the tracks when it falls off.
Still many cringe at the thought of CC, they can’t figure it out.
I still think many are scared of management. That is why we have so many using discretion, joining training, working G days and being helpful.
How many times do you have to get punched in the face to know that the bully will always punch you in the face when you walk by? How much is enough? Some here have a high tolerance, but I guess it depends on which package you are on. They are just hoping to maintain that package.
Management is on the same package, that is why they don’t attack it directly(not lately anyway), so now they go after new joiners.
Anyway back to the topic, pilots are fearful. Full stop. Until that changes, our conditions will continue to deteriorate.
