according to this link above it seems that FlyBe are quite happy to keep 2 BAe 146 300's purely to operate the GCI-LGW service, at a cost of one million pounds a year, however Flybe are asking the Guernsey Government for financial support to help keep the GCI-LGW service viable.
Some speculation now for you guys, if FlyBe don't get the financial support they want, will they pull off the GCI-LGW route altogether? Or will we see the states of Guernsey help them out. That would be two airlines recieving huge amounts of financial support purely to operate from Guernsey to Gatwick.
