Tell me-in your infinite wisdom-how on earth can two engine surges be a "one off" event?obviously,if there were (apparently)two seperate surges then it wasn't a "one-off"event was it??Please explain because where i come from,if the same thing happens more than once then it is not a "one-off" event!
