Let us all give thanks and praise, not only to the boys and girls on the aircraft, but also to those who train and maintain their standards. In a time of great cost-cutting and reduction in standards, it is most reassuring to know that when the sh!t hits the fan, the professionalism and training of the crew came to the fore.
