Often wondered that myself?! What the hell is the "end of service benefit" anyway? With the number of people that want to leave the sandpit surely someone has been able to find out all the details for EK/EY!
Not that I would think it's a "Golden Handshake" but I am hoping it's better than the "Kick in the Arse With a Frozen Boot" end of service benefit I'd get currently...
