Very little to add other than to confirm what's here. Electra TR's are run in Seattle, 3wks there paid for by the company after ground school in Cov. One course started in January, normally one mid year as well.
Good sides:
Interesting aircraft, interesting routes. Majority of the flying staff are great guys, and never a dull moment when the cadets are around (the company wouldn't run without them).
Down sides:
On Electra you will find a lot of time you spend more time positioning than flying - FO average seemed to be around 30hrs/month. Pay isn't brilliant, per diems bring it up a bit but there's better money out there. Some silly short routes - the shortest being bournemouth - jersey, day stop, jersey-bournemouth in the evening. And Cov isn't the best city in the UK...
Very rare for them to take pilots with less than 1000hrs too.
