Bonus scheme linked to executive bonus scheme (same as the pilots)
The only
"bonus" we pilots get is a pocket diary each year. This year it's late (they're cheaper after the Xmas sales
)
It might be a factor in the latest EBA but we have not been informed of its details as yet.
