Only the PPL/IR exam set has a slight "discount" off the ATPL set
The IR is 7 exams, I believe and the ATPL 14. The CPLs on their own are 8, so in exam numbers you may as well do the ATPLs as the CPL and IR - though I guess the ATPLs may have sone stuff relevant to the heavy stuff which the CPLs don't?
