I flew to Palma last Summer with Jet2 - aircraft, service, online check-in and crew all fine. We were delayed 3 hours outbound because the crew arrived back late the previous evening. However with Jet2 being a low cost airline and the prices I paid being as cheap as Easyjet (better flight times being the deciding factor) I was most realistic in my expectations and accepted this as a consequence of flying low cost. Some people want BA service at low prices, you get what you pay for - accept it!
