I do agree with what Chrome and QAR wrote... both wrote very good statements.
I know that I sound like sour grapes... but feel that the company has over look us (our worth), for many years now. how can company increase the captains pay, (some Capt. really don;t deserve there pay increase, as they just sit there shouting the words of encouragement "you still have not finished, geez...hurry up, we only got 20mins") while FO work like a slave in a sweatshop with paperwork etc....HELP US OUT!!), pay the Cabin Crew (airasiaX), per hr more than FO 50ringgit, while FO 40 per hr.. the damages goes on.....
We all (tech and cabin crew) work very very hard for this company, just treat us with respect and pay accordingly.
I expect that the cleaner in a few years with earn more than us...with there yearly pay rise
