Thanks for the reply. I can only speak as I find and have yet to have a problem with EZY whereas Jet2 had long delay problems all summer long.For my 6 hour delay in AGP I got a €5 voucher which wouldn't even get a sandwich and when people complained to the rep giving them out she only wanted to tell everyone her problems and how it had also happened the day before as well!!
Back to NCL, on my recent trip I used the remote check-in for KLM for the first time. How has that worked out? It worked very well for me, though not sure of the reason for it other than maybe separating the hold baggage people from the hand-luggage only pax. Are there not long delays at busy times when large numbers of people are trying to use the machine at the same time when they aren't sure what to do if it's their first time using it?
