I haven't heard the rumour but it makes sense, and they have just acquired pairs of morning and evening slots from German Wings.
Where would that be? Germanwings neither serves Brussels nor Norwich???
Are you talking about STN? This would surprise me as I am not aware that Germanwings is axing any STN flights.
