Cessna... you seem to have a level head on your shoulders. I agree! We should be encouraging people to seek greener pastures by showing them that it is really is greener on the other side. But people still stay.
After 98 the heart was torn from the PAL pilot. (one could say balls!...not me though) I am sadened that I see our friends suffer with low wages and bad conditions.
