Don't bank on the minimum hours unless:
You've very talented - and they would have picked that up by now.
You've already got a CPL Fixed Wing.
Nothing like Eternal Optimism when they're not the ones paying for it!
Whirls will be able to give you a better idea as an Instructor, I'm just basing it on all the students that were around me.
