I did in the late summer. Whilst it took two weeks before someone replied-to advise that Mr Walsh was aware of my letter- and a further two weeks for it to be sorted, my complaint was dealt with eventually and to my satisfaction. A cheque was sent to me and my airmiles were given a healthy top up, gratis, in recompense.
