MW in ref. to your term hero's? do you have a specific few in mind or do you just have a gripe with all QF engineers?
For my mind,it's better to get a point across without the use of insult about professionals you seemingly know nothing about.
However you do make a valid point, I feel it would be in the best interest for all company employed engineers or contracting staff to post on sites such as this, information about what is happening in their workplaces, then we ALL might be able to gauge the situation of employment before we head abroad.
