I hate to point out to you a very basic biological fact-men can't conceive. All I am saying is that children need their mother to be there especially when there young & perhaps there wouldn't be so many screwed up kids out there if this was the case. Women have always been the natural bearers, rearers & nurturers of children. I'm all for career women but all this women's lib has gone too far & I think is damaging society & our children which means our future. Women can choose whether to put having children or a career first(although I do accept that some mothers need to work out of financial necessity or a part-time working mother may actually benefit the children when they are weaned). I just think that when a woman makes the choice to have children they should get their priorities right. The career may still be there but the lost years with their kids wont be nor may the psychological damage inflicted on young children be so easily rectified.
