There are 11 International Human Rights Treaties and guess how many the Singaporean Govt have signed.....ZERO! 33,000 international treaties of which the Singaporeans have signed....550! And those pertain mainly to transport where they avoid paying compensation or taking liability. A chip off the 'ol block
