I posted this on the BA thread in this forum (I don't have access to the main BA forums)
Can anyone please supply me with an email contact for someone in Customer Services at BA. I wrote to them on 1st December regarding their decision to pull the ABZ to LGW flights and I haven't had the decency of an acknowledgement, let alone a reply.
My complaint is regarding their inflexibility to allow me to change my LGW to ZRH booking to LHR to ZRH.
