I too have heard from many sources thats the GCI states have put a hold on improving the runway, so i doubt that the 195 will be based there for a while.
Also if like BE have said that all 146s will be gone by Feb 08 then the only option would be a 2 Q400 op.
Although it would only be untill the fleet has been replaced but can the 145 operate into GCI??? Maybe the only way to preserve(slightly prolong inevitable) scheduled jet service to the island
