Quite simple: Get a CH Products yoke and rudder and a copy of X-plane
http://www.x-plane.com now with version 9 it's the most realistic flight sim you can find, the makers of it fly GA themselfs!!!
It's good to practice rudder skills and cross wind landings!!! (at least the correct coordination, there is still a BIG difference with real flying!!)
