Post Exactly how short of pilots is the MoD?
The reason I ask is that I would like to try some mil flying in the AAC.

I am an ex army SNCO in the Sigs but left some 5 years ago. I have been flying helicopters privately for a few years now. Time on R22/R44 and B206.

I am sure I have what it takes to succeed in pilot selection within the AAC but I am now 33 years old. I have read on a few threads that if you have what it takes then the age limits are flexible.

So does anyone know what policy actually is these days?
