TMG Rating from Vigilant

I got my PPL in Summer '06, but haven't been using it and am now in the second of the two years. I'm currently on a VGS with just over 100hrs on the Vigilant, and want to use my VGS flying to keep current using a TMG rating. I've had a quick check of the LASORS and these are what I've come away with:

1. The Vigilant IS treated by the CAA as a Grob 109B, and as such, can count as a TMG.

2. With a TMG rating I could satisfy my hours requirement for my SEP(A) using Vigilant hours.

3. With more than 75hrs on the Vigilant I can apply for the TMG rating from the CAA without training/testing on a CofA/PFA TMG.

Am I correct? (Apologies if this is repetition of previous threads!)
Many thanks,
DH
