Nono, my dear Danou... This time, your (former) ex-CRX fellas were "f..." by their own shortsightednes, not by the IG nor the usual badbadbad and bad-again ex-SWR! (or some stupid, kiddish former union-freak...)
Instead of being a bit clever and give a big NO to all that money LX offered to cement the conditions in place right now, the ex-CRX guys seemed to be very happy with this handsel... Nobody likes to work according the current CLAs, neither SWU or SWR. So why prolong this insult for another 3 years...?
And that LX will have to pay a bonus for everbody by the end of year, with or without the GBM, was quite obvious beforehand, wasn`t it? Could you imagine the headlines? "LX profit beyond wildest dreams, but no bonus!"
