SickofQF, couldn't agree more! No point in being locked out. The best tool we have is the power of the pen. Always refer to the AMM. Make sure those EAs are correct. Read the EPPM and make sure you are using the correct procedures. Stop being heroes and just do your job as Qantas wants- by the book and safely. Remember- Safety before Schedule. Take 5.
