westernman, good onya mate for tellin em where to stick it, like you say they can threaten all they like nothing is going to come of it these things dont tend to get well in the courts for operators, and should it come to that it may be time to inform the regualtor of just what is going on up there, turnbacks how f*kn ridiculous, sounds like CAO 48 doesnt apply to mr bushflight as well
who would be silly enough to get bonded for $18000 for a float job, if i was that guy i would quietly pack my bags and leave town (jobs are plentiful without ridiculous bonds) and never mention to anyone again that i had worked for mr bushflight, its not going to help get another job anyway
